I searched for a chair for about 3 months before finally buying this. Unfortunately many people have rated this product low which flummoxes me. The chair is sturdy and is excellent value for money. The seat is firm and not fluffy if you are expecting that then I propose you buy a recliner. I am 6 feet 5 and suffer from back pain but since I have been using this chair I haven’t felt any of it. There are more expensive chairs by unknown brands which go bad in a few months. With Godrej what you see is what you get. At this price range this is a no frills chair which is ok to have as part of your home office set up. The price range is budget friendly. It does not have reclining facility but can tilt appx 30 degrees which is reasonable as we don’t want an office chair to sleep on. I would recommend this chair for a no frills budget home office solution. In case you want the moon then I propose shelling out big bucks( atleast 70k to 100k) and buying a Hermann Miller. The unfortunate comments are expecting a Hermann Miller chair for 10k.

Though it has three tilting posture, There is no lock for back tilting , you have to put pressure to maintain back tilting position. you will get back pain by putting pressure. Better buy some local brands by visiting the showroom,

Product review is after using it for a week. This is a very bad product in terms of Comfort. In a week time I have developed back pain. There is no support for lumber always there will be gap between the seat back and your back. After 30 mints of seating one can clearly feel the discomfort/pain. It was not expected from Godrej. I went for it inspite of reading few comments of getting pain in back because of the brand and I thought probably comments are exceptions . Now you can’t return it or replace it with a different model so it’s a complete waste.
